Returns & Refunds Policy
At our webshop Pintado & Lacado, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a refund or exchange, in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Regulations.
If you wish to return an item, please notify us in writing, via email or letter, within 14 days of receiving the goods on the option below:

Once we have received your return request, we will provide you with instructions for returning the goods to us. You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return them, in their original condition and packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, unless the goods are faulty or we have made an error with your order.
If the goods are faulty or defective, we will cover the cost of returning the goods to us and will either replace the goods or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.
If you are returning the goods for any other reason, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding the shipping costs - 10 €. We will make the refund using the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including customized or personalized products, perishable goods, and digital products such as e-books or software, unless they are defective or faulty.
