Terms of Service for Webshop Pintado & Lacado

The following terms and conditions (the “Terms of Service”) govern your use of Pintado & Lacado , including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through www.pintado-lacado.com and its subdomains (.de/.cz) (the "Webshop") represented by Kim.Love sro, reg.nr. CZ08751404, Švýcarská 2436, Kročehlavy, 272 01 Kladno, Czech Republic.

Please read the Terms of Service carefully before using the webshop. By using the Webshop, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you may not use the web shop.

1. Webshop Content

All content on the webshop, including text, graphics, images, and logos, is the property of Pintado & Lacado or its content suppliers and is protected by Czech, European and international copyright laws.

2. Use of the webshop

- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Webshop, or which, as determined by Painted & Lacquered , may harm Painted & Lacquered or users of the Webshop or expose them to liability.

- Use the Webshop in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the Webshop.

- Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Webshop for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Webshop.

- Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the Webshop or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent.

- Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper functioning of the Webshop.

- Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Webshop, the server on which the Webshop is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Webshop.

- Attack the Webshop via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.

- Otherwise, attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Webshop.

3. User Account

4. Payment

All payments are processed through Shopify Payment (Stripe), PayPal, Klarna and bank transfer. By placing an order on the Webshop, you agree to pay the total amount for the order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. Payment must be made at the time of the order.

5. Product Description

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date descriptions of our products on the webshop. However, we do not guarantee that the descriptions are complete, accurate, reliable, current, or error-free.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns for damaged or defective products. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to request a return and refund. We require photographic evidence of the damage or defect. If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

We will ship your order to the address provided during the checkout process. We make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible, but we do not guarantee any specific delivery date or time. Shipping times may vary based on the shipping method and destination.

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Pintado & Lacado with respect to the Webshop and supersede all prior or contemporary communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Painted & Lacquered with respect to the webshop.
