Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Kim.Love s.r.o., reg. no. CZ08751404, Švýcarská 2436, Kročehlavy, 272 01 Kladno, Czech Republic, info@pintado-lacado.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. custom crochet toys made to order)
  • Goods which have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons

Consequences of Withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we received notification of your withdrawal.

We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Return Costs We will provide you with a prepaid return label or the courier will bring one. Returns are free of charge if the item is defective or does not conform to the contract. If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g. change of mind, incorrect order, uncollected parcel, dislike of design, material or size), a handling and return fee of €10 will be deducted from your refund. You will be clearly informed of this before completing your purchase.

Legal Guarantee All products are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee in accordance with EU Directive 2019/771 on the sale of goods. If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract at the time of delivery, you are entitled to have it repaired, replaced, or refunded at no cost to you.

Online Dispute Resolution The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for resolving disputes between consumers and traders: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are obliged to provide this link but are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
